8-week course for all fitness/flexibility levels, no experience required.
Term 6 starts the week of 21 October 2019.
Individual drop-in classes are available throughout the term at $30 per 1-hour class (except where classes are full). Please email us to enquire about drop-ins.
The perfect unwind - either during lunch or at the end of a work day. Incorporates active and passive stretches to ease computer/phone neck and release tension and tight muscles from head to toe. Yoga mats, blocks and straps provided.
Attire: Tee/tank top, leggings, socks, personal towel.
