
THESE SINGLE-CLASS DROP-INS ARE DESIGNED FOR POLE TECH 1 REPEATERS (i.e. you have previously completed a full 8-week course of Pole Tech 1).
This class is ideal if you're looking to bridge the gap between levels 1 and 2, and will focus on longer spin combinations as well as inverts. This class is also recommended for those who have taken a break from pole at a higher level and are looking to return to strength and conditioning.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED A FULL 8-WEEK COURSE OF POLE TECH 1 TO QUALIFY FOR THESE DROP-IN CLASSES.
While there is no choreography in this course, tricks and combinations will include transition moves and may be done to different genres of music to exercise rhythm and flow for fluency.
Level 1 features spin combinations that include tricks such as invert to chopper and ankle grab, handstand-to-straddle/stag, basic outside leg hangs and more.
