THESE 2-WEEK CLASS DROP-INS ARE DESIGNED FOR POLE TECH 3 REPEATERS (i.e. you have previously completed a full 8-week course of Pole Tech 3).
The ideal skills companion to your Lyrical 3/Pole X choreography classes. Each 2-week class combo focus on refining and honing the techniques needed to improve your pole dance tricks/combinations and execute them with greater precision, fluidity and better lines.
While there is no choreography in this course, tricks and combinations will include transition moves done to different genres of music to exercise rhythm and flow.
Level 3 includes advanced inverted spin combinations (spinning aerial inverts, ayesha/handspring variations, handstands) with floor and pole transitions.
Term course discounts/promos do not apply to drop-in classes. Please note the dates when you sign up for each class, as there are no refunds/credits for missed classes.
