This is a progressive, non-choreographed 8-week bridging course for those who are working their way towards Level 3 courses. Classes are one hour per week and Term 1 runs from 6 January to 2 March 2025.
Classes can be booked as a full 8-week term course (from the drop-down menu above), or as individual drop-in classes (for repeaters who have completed the course before and want to revisit specific tricks). Please contact us to enquire about booking drop-ins (subject to availability). Drop-in classes are not eligible for any promotional discounts.

The techniques taught at level 2.5 bridge the gap between levels 2 and 3, to help students be better prepared - both physically and mentally - as they progress to harder tricks and combinations, refining and honing the skills needed to advance with greater confidence and safety.
THIS IS A REQUIRED COURSE LEVEL BEFORE PROGRESSING TO POLE TECHNIQUES 3.
While there is no choreography in this course, tricks and combinations will include transition moves and may be done to different genres of music to exercise rhythm and flow for fluency.
Level 2.5 features spin combinations that include tricks such as laybacks, inside leg hangs (to allegra and variations), extended butterfly from outside leg hang/jamilla, ayesha, jade, tammy, stargazer and more.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 2 pole choreography classes and/or Pole Tech 2 (or the equivalent of an intermediate-level pole dance or tricks course) - with clearance from your instructor. Recommended for Tech 2 repeaters.
