8-week choreographed pole dance course incorporating chair work. Recommended for those who have just completed their Beginners Pole Dance course.
Term 3 starts the week of 9 May 2022.
This is a level 1 choreography that combines elements of both pole dancing and chair/tease moves.
You can expect beginner-level spinning upright pole combinations including spin climbs, jamillas and showgirl variations. Chair work includes fans and splits.
Prerequisites: Completed our Beginners Pole Dance course or equivalent and be able to execute foundational upright spinning pole tricks confidently.
