8-week course for intermediate- to advanced-level polers.
Term 5 starts the week of 26 August 2019.
This is a unique flexibility course that focuses on the techniques behind improving your backbends, splits/oversplits, forward folds and more, and will include related pole work specific to tricks such as jade splits.
We have designed this for pole athletes seeking to achieve better lines and execute pole moves/combinations with more precision and dexterity.
Prerequisites: Completed level 2 pole courses and comfortable with basic stretch/flexibility techniques.
Attire: Pole wear - you will be attempting tricks on the pole.
