This is a progressive 8-week pole flow course featuring 2 guest choreographies (4 weeks per choreography):
- Jazzy K "Beautiful Liar" (Weeks 1-4)
- Sasha Meow "Intro - XX" (Weeks 5-8)
Term 2 runs from 6 March to 30 April 2023.
Bring on your boots/heels and knee pads, and get ready to sweep, roll, kip and slide your way around the pole.
Prerequisites: Completed Pole Flow Multilevel or equivalent and have proficiency in flows and transitions (preferably from our Flow/Kips course). Must be able to execute shoulder stands, backward rolls and pole turns/pirouettes confidently.
Attire: Heels/boots and knee pads.
