All Stretch classes are run ONLINE VIA ZOOM until further notice.
This is an 8-week non-choreography course and Term 5 starts the week of 26 October 2020.
The perfect unwind - incorporates active and passive stretches to ease computer/phone neck and release tension and tight muscles from head to toe. First-timers of all fitness/flexibility levels are welcome, no prerequisites.
Stretches and techniques may be modified for more advanced students to include more flexibility work such as splits and backbends to complement moves required in our dance classes.
Attire: Tee/tank top, leggings, socks. We recommend that you have a yoga mat, personal towel, yoga blocks and straps (not mandatory).
