All Stretch classes are run ONLINE VIA ZOOM until further notice, with a limited number of in-studio spaces allocated by request on a first come, first served basis.
This is an 8-week non-choreography course and Term 2 starts the week of 15 March 2021.
The perfect unwind - incorporates active and passive stretches to ease computer/phone neck and release tension and tight muscles from head to toe. Strength and mobility work will also be included.
There are no prerequisites and first-timers of all fitness/flexibility levels are welcome.
Stretches and conditioning may be modified for more advanced students to include more flexibility work such as splits and backbends to complement moves required in our pole dance classes.
Attire: Tee/tank top, leggings, socks. We recommend that you have a yoga mat, personal towel, yoga blocks and straps (not mandatory).
