Need some flexibility in your schedule? We offer a selection of non-choreography pole techniques and flexibility/conditioning classes at various levels on a drop-in basis.

1.5-hour slots of unsupervised studio time for individual pole practice. If you don't see a slot that fits your schedule, contact us to request (contingent on studio availability).
