We’re excited to be hosting Dirdy Birdy for a multilevel exo/pole flow-style workshop on Saturday 15 August in our studio at #08-04 Eon Shenton.
- Choreo: Breathe (2.30-3.45pm)
- Prerequisites: Intermediate exotic pole/heels experience. Must have proficiency in walks, pole turns/pirouettes and shoulder stands and backward roll variations.
- Attire: Heels/boots and knee pads required.
