Need some flexibility in your schedule? We offer a selection of non-choreography pole techniques and flexibility/conditioning classes at various levels on a drop-in basis.

Prefer dedicated time with your favourite instructors? Go solo or book a private group for up to 4 - to progress at your own pace and hone in on specific skills or choreography.
