Our Pole Techniques classes are the ideal skills companion to all your pole choreography classes. They focus on refining and honing the techniques needed to improve your pole dance tricks/combinations and execute them with greater precision, fluidity and better lines.
While there is no choreography in this course, tricks and combinations will include transition moves done to different genres of music to exercise rhythm and flow.
The techniques taught at level 2.5 bridge the gap between levels 2 and 3, to help students be better prepared - both physically and mentally - as they progress to harder tricks and combinations, refining and honing the skills needed to advance with greater confidence and safety.
Spinning pole combinations include tricks such as laybacks, inside leg hangs (to allegra and variations), extended butterfly from outside leg hang/jamilla, ayesha, jade, tammy, stargazer and more.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 2 pole choreography classes and/or Pole Tech 2 (or the equivalent of an intermediate-level pole dance or tricks course) - with clearance from your instructor.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A LEVEL THAT YOU ARE NOT READY FOR. WE LEVY A $20 CLASS CHANGE FEE IF YOU BOOK A COURSE BEYOND YOUR SKILL LEVEL. IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE SPEAK WITH YOUR INSTRUCTOR OR CONTACT US FOR AN ASSESSMENT.
