This progressive, choreographed 8-week pole dance course features intermediate spinning pole combinations including aerial inverts, laybacks, superman and leg hang variations.
Term 1 runs from 5 January to 1 March 2025.
NOTE: Make-up classes for Chinese New Year (Mon-Wed 16-18 Feb) will be held on Fri-Sun, 2-4 Jan 2026)
- Duration: 60min per class, 8-week term (choreographed)
- Drop-ins: N/A
- Prerequisites: Completed Pole Techniques 2 and/or intermediate-level pole choreography equivalent, with instructor clearance. Must be able to execute aerial invert to leg hangs confidently.
