This is an advanced-level skills course and each combination is taught over 2 weeks.
While there is no choreography in this course, tricks and combinations will include transition moves with music to exercise rhythm and flow.
Level 3 features an advanced repertoire of inverted spin combinations (including ayesha/handspring variations and more).
Term 1 runs from 5 January to 1 March 2025.
NOTE: Make-up classes for Chinese New Year (Mon-Wed 16-18 Feb) will be held on Fri-Sun, 2-4 Jan 2026)
- Duration: 60min per class, 8-week term (no choreography)
- Drop-ins: Available (for those with prior experience)
- Prerequisites: Level 2 pole choreography and/or Pole Tech 2.5 repeaters (or the equivalent of an advanced-level pole course), with instructor clearance.
