Join Vivienne as she serves up a fresh flexo syllabus that will help you improve your arches, splits/oversplits and twisty shapes, so that you attain more precision and dexterity of execution in your level choreographies.
Expect targeted stretch and strengthening for standalone pole tricks (no combos, no choreo). Make up for missed classes are available only in Stretch class.
Term 6 runs from 21 October to 15 December 2024.
Prerequisites: Level 2.5 repeaters and above, with strong brass monkey. Expect tricks such as #pdchopstick, #pdunicorn, #pdtigertail and more!
Attire: Pole wear - you will be attempting tricks on the pole.
