This is a progressive, choreographed 8-week pole dance course in a strongly emotive style that incorporates ballet and contemporary dance-based techniques.
Classes are one hour per week for 8 consecutive weeks, and Term 3 runs from 5 May to 29 June 2025.
Spinning pole tricks include high intermediate- to advanced-level climbs, aerial inverts and leg hang combinations.
Level 3 prerequisites: Completed Lyrical 2 and/or high intermediate- to advanced-level pole choreography equivalent and be able to transition into and out of spinning aerial invert combinations confidently.
