8-week progressive pole choreography in heels, with level 1 flows and combinations that include spin climbs and basic inverts.
Classes are one hour per week for 8 consecutive weeks, and Term 2 runs from 10 March to 4 May 2025.
Prerequisites: Completed Beginners Heels and/or Lyrical 1 and must be able to execute a basic invert to ankle grab and stable dismount to handstand. Pole Tech 1 repeaters who have not danced in heels before - please seek clearance from your instructor.
