This is a choreographed, progressive 8-week pole flow course. Term 3 features a doubles choreography but, if you're solo, we will either pair you up with someone in class or provide options to do the choreography without a doubles partner. Each booking slot is per person (not per pair).
Classes are one hour per week and Term 3 runs from 29 April to 23 June 2024.
Bring on your boots/heels and knee pads, and get ready to sweep, roll, kip and slide your way around the pole!
Prerequisites: Completed Pole Flow 1 or equivalent and have proficiency in flows and transitions (preferably from our Flow Tech/Kips courses). Must be able to execute shoulder stands, backward rolls and pole turns/pirouettes confidently. Flow Tech 1 repeaters - please seek approval from your instructor prior to registering for this course.
Attire: Boots and knee pads.
