This is a progressive 8-week choreography course. Classes are one hour per week for 8 consecutive weeks.
Term 4 runs from 3 July to 27 August 2023.
This is an invitation-only course for advanced pole athletes that involves high-level tricks and combinations. If you have never taken Pole X with us before, we require you to contact us to arrange for an assessment first.
