Bulletproof is your body's best friend for functional training off the pole, whether you're working to recover from an injury, or wanting to maintain/build strength and stay injury-free.
This non-pole course features p/rehab sets programmed by our certified PTs, which can be adapted for all levels of ability. You can expect a combination of calisthenics, free weights drills, resistance-based exercises, animal flows and more - all designed to get your core, shoulders, glutes etc cooperating in ways that are most relevant and optimal to supporting what we do as pole dancers/aerialists.
Term 1 runs from 5 January to 1 March 2025.
- Duration: 60min per class, 8-week term (no choreography)
- Drop-ins: Available
- Prerequisites: None - open to all levels. If you're recovering from any injuries, however, please seek clearance from your medical professional prior to enrolling.
- Attire: Tee/tank top, leggings/shorts. Please bring your own yoga mat or kneeling pads.
