This progressive, choreographed 8-week pole dance course features level 1 spinning tricks/combinations, including spin climbs, pole sit variations and spirals. You can also expect combos with basic inverts (eg. ankle grab to handstand straddle/stag).
Term 1 runs from 5 January to 1 March 2025.
NOTE: Make-up classes for Chinese New Year (Mon-Wed 16-18 Feb) will be held on Fri-Sun, 2-4 Jan 2026)
- Duration: 60min per class, 8-week term (choreographed)
- Drop-ins: N/A
- Prerequisites: Completed Pole Techniques 1, with instructor clearance. Must be able to execute a stable basic invert to handstand.
- Heels: Recommended but not mandatory.
