
This is a progressive, non-choreographed 3-week course, taught by our guest instructor Apple Hoang. Classes are 90min in duration, once a week on Fridays from 6.30-8pm and run on 18 April, 25 April and 2 May. Classes will be conducted at level 22 Eon Shenton.
This course is not eligible for any promotional discounts.
Prerequisites: Prior experience in an introductory-level backbends course is recommended. This class is not suitable for first-timers.
Attire: Close-fitting top, leggings, socks. Please bring your own yoga mat, personal towel and stretch bands/straps (if you have them).
