This is a progressive, non-choreographed 4-week course running in the first half of Term 1, taught by our guest instructor Apple Hoang. Classes are one hour per week on Tuesdays and run from 7 - 28 January 2025.
This course is not eligible for any promotional discounts.
There are no prerequisites but some prior flexibility experience would be helpful.
Attire: Close-fitting top, leggings, socks. Please bring your own yoga mat, personal towel and stretch bands/straps (if you have them).
