8-week choreographed course, 1 hour once a week.
Term 5 starts the week of 26 October 2020.
Start here if you're a newcomer looking to try beginner-level pole dancing classes for the first time. Our friendly professional instructors - who are some of the best in Singapore - will teach you a range of basic upright pole tricks and spin combinations that are progressively woven into a choreographed routine (one full song) over the duration of the course.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites and this course is open to absolute beginners / first-timers, no experience needed. You do not need to have a dance background or meet any fitness requirement.
Please note, however, that if you have prior injuries or medical concerns, do seek clearance from a medical professional.
Progression to: Level 1 courses in our studio.
Attire: Tank top and pole shorts. Heels optional.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR / BRING TO CLASS?
Please wear a t-shirt or tank top and shorts. You will need to leave your legs uncovered so that you will be able to grip the pole. No footwear is required.
Do bring a personal hand towel to wipe down your pole after use, and your own water bottle (we have a water filter on site).
DO NOT wear any jewelry or hand/body moisturizer on the day of your class as these could damage our poles and also cause you to slip.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ATTEND A CLASS?
All registered students are encouraged to join our closed Facebook group (for students only), and to post for a class swop with someone else. Make-up classes can only be done via mutual exchange.
Alternatively, you can make up with a Stretch class (done via Zoom online).

WHAT OUR COMMUNITY SAYS ABOUT US
"...very experienced and meticulous pole instructors who are also professional dancers that come up with many new in-house choreographies every term! I've never felt stagnant as they continue to challenge themselves to try new things and evolved to become better as we (their students) get better!
They do not just offer classes for people with background in pole dance or any dance background at all as there are multiple levels of classes and genres available, including dance classes without pole and adult ballet.
It's a great place for both beginners looking to try their hand (or leg) at dancing and the more experienced looking for a happy place to dance their hearts away!"
