This is a progressive, non-choreographed 8-week course. Classes are one hour per week and Term 4 runs from 1 July to 25 August 2024.

Classes can be booked as a full 8-week term course (from the drop-down menu above), or as individual drop-in classes. Drop-in classes are not eligible for any promotional discounts.

All BULLETPROOF group classes will be conducted at our partner gym, The Grit Pod @ Eon Shenton: 70 Shenton Way, #08-12. They will be run by our favourite PT Farhana, whom some of you already do PT privates with.

BULLETPROOF will focus on resistance/weights/machines-based moves in the gym that complement what we do as polers/aerialists. It's an ideal full-body p/rehab class to condition and build strength for pole, help mitigate against injury, and is relevant at any stage of your pole and/or fitness journey.

You can look forward to Kettlebell Windmills, Front Foot Elevated Split squats, Ring Rows and Flies, German Hangs, Cable Pulls and Extensions, Wrist Extensor Rolls and more!

There are no prerequisites for this class.
