
Get your p/rehab functional training in with our Bulletproof in-studio repertoire featuring bodyweight-bearing moves, strength and stability work, animal flows, mat- and pole-based core conditioning as well as resistance-based exercises.
Classes are one hour per week for 8 consecutive weeks, and Term 4 runs from 30 June to 24 August 2025.
Classes can be booked as a full 8-week term course (from the drop-down menu above), or as individual drop-in classes (if space is available). Drop-in classes are not eligible for any promotional discounts.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT & TOWEL (and resistance bands if you have them).
The moves in this class are designed to complement what we do as polers/aerialists and are relevant at any stage of your pole and/or fitness journey. You can look forward to an ideal full-body p/rehab workout to condition and build strength and help mitigate against injury.
This is an open-level course and there are no prerequisites. If you're recovering from any injuries, however, please seek clearance from your medical professional prior to enrolling.
