Many of us have enjoyed taking Kay's Inside Flow classes, so we decided to bring her into our studio for this guest class so that more folks can experience the joy of choreographed yoga movement to music!

You can look forward to a meaningful practice, full of feels.
Prerequisites: Must have some prior exposure to Vinyasa yoga. While the moves will be open-level, this class is not suitable for newbies to yoga.
Attire: Dress comfortably in leggings and a top that allows you to move freely. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT (and a towel overlay if desired).
Terms & Conditions:
- All bookings are final and there will be no refunds, credits, make-ups or deferment/rollovers once booked (including for medical reasons).
- There are no refunds if you sign up for a class that is beyond your skill level. If in doubt, please speak with your instructor or contact us for an assessment.
- This class is not eligible for promotional discounts (including tertiary or multi-class promotions).
- In the event that you're unable to attend your class, please inform us in writing no later than 48 hours prior. You may transfer your booking to someone else, provided the person taking over your spot meets all the stipulated prerequisites.
- This class requires a minimum number of sign-ups to start. In the event that there aren't enough sign-ups, our studio will hold class credits for the cancellation of the class.
