Pilates is relevant at any stage of your pole and/or fitness journey, and you can look forward to a full-body p/rehab workout to condition, build strength/body awareness and help mitigate against injury.
This is an open-level course and there are no prerequisites. If you're recovering from any injuries, however, please seek clearance from your medical professional prior to enrolling.
Terms & Conditions:
- All bookings are final and there will be no refunds, credits, make-ups or deferment/rollovers once booked (including for medical reasons).
- This class is not eligible for promotional discounts (including tertiary or multi-class promotions).
- In the event that you're unable to attend your class, please inform us in writing no later than 48 hours prior (you may transfer your booking to someone else).
- This class requires a minimum number of sign-ups to start. In the event that there aren't enough sign-ups, our studio will hold class credits for the cancellation of the class.
