8-week progressive pole choreography in heels, with level 1 flows and combinations that include spin climbs and basic inverts.
Term 1 runs from 8 January to 3 March 2024.
NOTE: There will be no classes on CNY weekend Sat 10 Feb & Sun 11 Feb (the studio will be closed). Replacement classes will be held on Sat 6 Jan and Sun 7 Jan (the weekend just before Term 1 starts).
Prerequisites: Completed Lyrical 1 and must be able to execute a basic invert to ankle grab and stable dismount to handstand. Recommended to have completed Flow Tech and/or Heels Tech 1. Pole Tech 1 repeaters - please seek clearance from your instructor.
