This is an encore (repeat) of our previous Pole Silks choreography to "Jericho", back by popular demand. Come FLY with us in this progressive, choreographed 8-week course that blends multilevel tricks and combos on silks rigged to a spinning stainless steel pole (no brass).
One class only per week on Thursdays 6.30pm for 8 consecutive weeks, and Term 5 runs from 28 August to 19 October 2025. (Any missed classes need to be made up in Stretch, Bulletproof or Pole Tech classes).
Expect spinning tricks that include spin climb variations, inverts and leg hangs.
Prerequisites: Must have previously completed at least one full term of our Lyrical 1 course (or equivalent) - with clearance from your instructor - with stable executions of spin climbs, jamilla/cradle, spirals, pole sits and basic inverts.
Attire: Pole shorts with legs exposed for climbs/grip. All participants MUST also wear a full-sleeved top to protect your arms and body from fabric burn. Silks will be provided and pre-rigged prior to class.
