Tania brings you her favourite pole sequences in this class, which is designed for Pole Techniques 1 and Lyrical 1 repeaters who would like to practise (mostly upright spinning) longer combos at intermediate level 1-1.5, including one basic invert.
While the class will be taught in heels (you're encouraged to bring your heels along for the challenge), they are not mandatory/required.
Prerequisites: Must have previously completed at least one full term of our Pole Techniques 1 or Lyrical 1 course (or equivalent), with stable executions of upright spinning tricks such as spin climb, jamilla/cradle, spirals and pole sits.

- All bookings are final and there will be no refunds, credits, make-ups or deferment/rollovers once booked (including for medical reasons).
- There are no refunds if you sign up for a class that is beyond your skill level. If in doubt, please speak with your instructor or contact us for an assessment.
- This class is not eligible for promotional discounts (including tertiary or multi-class promotions).
- In the event that you're unable to attend your class, please inform us in writing no later than 48 hours prior. You may transfer your booking to someone else, provided the person taking over your spot meets all the stipulated prerequisites.
- This class requires a minimum number of sign-ups to start. In the event that there aren't enough sign-ups, our studio will hold class credits for the cancellation of the class.
