This choreographed "my first heels" 8-week course is for all heels newbies (and those who have tried dancing in heels but want to exercise the fundamentals of moving better).
Each class builds progressively through the choreography, which will include beginner-level pole tricks such as cradle spin, fan kicks and spin climbs, as well turns, transitions and floorwork. The aim is to understand poise, balance/weight shifts, lines and styling as they apply to dancing well in heels.
Prerequisites:
- Completed our Beginners Pole Dance course and/or Pole Techniques 1/Lyrical 1 (or foundational pole dance equivalent).
