This is a progressive, non-choreographed 8-week course. Classes are one hour per week and Term 1 runs from 6 January to 2 March 2025.
Classes can be booked as a full 8-week term course (from the drop-down menu above), or as individual drop-in classes (if space is available). Drop-in classes are not eligible for any promotional discounts.
All BULLETPROOF group classes will be conducted at our partner gym, The Grit Pod @ Eon Shenton: 70 Shenton Way, #08-12.
BULLETPROOF will focus specifically on resistance/weights/machines-based moves in the gym that complement what we do as polers/aerialists. It's an ideal full-body p/rehab class to condition and build strength for pole, help mitigate against injury, and is relevant at any stage of your pole and/or fitness journey.

This is an open-level course and there are no prerequisites. If you're recovering from any injuries, however, please seek clearance from your medical professional prior to enrolling.
