All workshops are 90min in duration. Please read all workshop descriptions and prerequisites carefully before signing up, as there will be no refunds or credits for any reason.
PROMOTIONAL PRICING
- Early Bird: $130 per workshop UNTIL 2359h on 30 September 2024
- 1 October onwards: $145 per workshop

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING - Intermediate (90min)
- Extreme mat-based stretching to extend your flexibility for tricks. No pole work will be done.
- Not recommended for those who have limited stretch experience.
- Prerequisites: Must be able to do splits and floor bridges. No pole skills required. Please bring your own yoga mat (and blocks if you have them).
- Attire: Leggings, comfortable fitting top, socks.
BEAUTIFUL SPINNING TRANSITIONS - Intermediate (90min)
- Pretty spins in combinations.
- Prerequisites: Completed Lyrical 2 or equivalent intermediate-level spinning pole choreography. Pole Techniques 2 repeaters, please seek clearance from your instructor prior to signing up. Must be able to execute aerial inverts and leg hangs confidently.
SIGNATURE PRETTY SHAPES - 2 levels: Intermediate vs Advanced (90min)
- Learn some of the gorgeous pole shapes that InYeong is most loved for!
- Prerequisites (Intermediate): Completed Lyrical 2 or equivalent intermediate-level spinning pole choreography. Pole Techniques 2 repeaters, please seek clearance from your instructor prior to signing up. Must be able to execute aerial inverts and leg hangs confidently.
- Prerequisites (Advanced): Completed Lyrical 3, Pole X or equivalent advanced-level pole choreography. Pole Tech 3 repeaters, please seek clearance from your instructor prior to signing up. Tricks/transitions will include advanced-level spins, aerial inverts and inverted spinning combinations.
X-FLEX SPINNING TRICKS - Advanced (90min)
- Take your spinning tricks to an advanced level of flexibility.
- Prerequisites: Completed Lyrical 3, Pole X or equivalent advanced-level pole choreography. Pole Tech 3 repeaters, please seek clearance from your instructor prior to signing up. Tricks/transitions will include advanced-level spins, aerial inverts and inverted spinning combinations.
STATIC POLE ROTATION - Advanced (90min)
- Flips and drops on a static pole.
- Prerequisites: Completed Lyrical 3, Pole X or Pole Tech 3. Pole Tech 2.5 repeaters, please seek clearance from your instructor prior to signing up. Tricks will include advanced-level inverts and holds.

Terms & Conditions:
- All workshop bookings are final and there will be no refunds, credits or deferment/rollovers once booked (including for medical reasons).
- There are no refunds if you sign up for a workshop that is beyond your skill level. If in doubt, please speak with your instructor or contact us for an assessment.
- These workshops are not eligible for tertiary or other promotional discounts.
- In the event that you're unable to attend your workshop, please inform us in writing no later than 48 hours prior. You may transfer your booking to someone else, provided the person taking over your spot meets all the stipulated prerequisites.
- All workshops require a minimum number of sign-ups to start. In the event that there aren't enough sign-ups, you may opt to switch into a different workshop or hold credits for any class cancellations.
